ACCOUNT

Can I have more than one account as different users?

No, a user should only have one account.

I can´t remember my password. How can I access my account?

Go to your profile from the homepage or the menu, then go to “Access” or “Login,” and enter your email address when prompted. If you are already registered, you´ll see the “Forgot password” button. Once you click it an OTP (one-time password) code will be sent to your email. You can enter this code on the next screen and then set a new password.

If you try to log in with your email address but don’t remember your password, go to the login page where you´ll find the option to request a new password via the “Forgot Password” button. Clicking on this button will automatically send a 6-digit code to the email address you provided.

The code will be valid for 24 hours from the time it was sent. If you don’t receive it and want to request a new code, you will need to wait 5 minutes before making another request. Remember to check your junk inbox in case it ended up there. You can request a security code up to 4 times in 30 minutes.

Once you’ve entered the security code, you will be able to set a new password.

I´ve deleted my account by mistake. Can I recover it?

Once an account has been deleted, this action is irreversible and it´s not possible to recover a deleted account in any way.

I have changed my mobile phone, how can I access my account?

It´s quite easy, all you need to do is to download the app (if it´s not already downloaded automatically on your new device) and log in to your account using the same credentials you used when you first created your account.

If you have forgotten your password, you can always reset it by clicking on the "I forgot my password" button from the log in page.

Where can I find the security code I need to enter when creating an account?

When you open your account, which will allow you to save your game progress and access your profile from any device, you will be required to enter a 6-digit security code. This code will be sent to the email address associated with your profile, so you should look for it in your inbox.

Remember that this code will be valid for 24 hours from the time it is sent. If you don’t receive it, you can request it up to 3 more times. After that, you will need to wait 30 minutes before making a new request. Also, remember to check the “Spam” folder in your email. If you still don’t receive the code, you can contact us.

How can I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly from the game itself by clicking on your profile, click on "Update profile". At the bottom of the window you´ll find "Remove account". Once you click this link your account will be deleted, this will be irreversible and you won´t be able to recover your deleted account in any way.

Do I need to register in order to play?

No 😊 If you do, you´ll be able to enjoy the full experience we´ve worked hard to develop for you, like social games, championships, sending and receiving private messages and friends´ requests, etc.

However, you can choose to not register and play solo anyway.

Remember that the only way to accumulate points, track your progress and go up a level will be if you are registered and logged into your account.

Why has my profile pic disappeared?

There could be two reasons for this to happen:

  • Your profile may have been blocked
  • The image was found offensive so it had to be removed ☹

SETTINGS

Can I change the card type?

Yes. From "Settings" on the home, you´ll find the option "Cards". Click on the right and left arrow to see the different type of cards you can choose from and select the one you like the most!

You´ll even be able to change the back of the card 😊

How can I change my profile pic?

From the home screen, go to "Profile" and then clicking on your profile image you’ll find the "Change" button, where you can choose one of our avatars.

You’ll also have the option to upload a photo from your device once you reach level 10 in the game. However, remember that if you want to upload your personal photo instead of using one of our avatars, you can only make this change once, so think carefully about which photo to upload 😊

If you’d like the ability to upload your image before reaching level 10 or would like to be able to change your photo as often as you’d like, you can upgrade to our Gold subscription. This gives you the freedom to upload a different profile picture whenever and as often as you want, allowing you to personalize and update your profile anytime!

Ultimately, we'd like to provide every possible way for you to upload your image so you can also do so in exchange for 100 gems. If you don’t have enough, you can purchase them in the game store.

Can I customise my experience?

Of course! You can choose from a variety of card types. You can also change the back of the cards, the board colour and pattern. You can also choose to have sounds on the game or not and the game speed.

Equally you can choose to show when you´re online or not or to allow to receive private messages and to receive friend´s requests.

Finally, you can choose to have the game´s chat option enabled or disabled.

As you can see you have various different ways to make the game your own!

Can I hide my online status from other players?

Yes 😉 From the home on the app, go to "Settings", then scroll down to the bottom and select if you want to show your online status to every player, only to your friends or to no player at all.

I don´t want to receive private messages. What can I do?

From the home on the app, go to "Settings", then scroll down to the bottom and select if you want to receive private messages from any player, only from your friends or from no player at al.

Can I turn the sound off inside the game?

Yes. From "Settings" on the home, you´ll find "Sounds" at the top. Click "No" and you´re sorted! This will also remove the notification sound within the game.

GAME DYNAMICS

How can I close an unfinished game?

If you´d like to leave a game before it finishes, you can open the menu icon at the top and then click to abandon the match. This way you´ll go back to the home, where you´ll be able to choose a new game mode or restart a new game against a different opponent.

However, beware that if you abandon too many games in a short period of time the system unfortunately you won´t be able to play for some time. This is in order to avoid spoiling the experience to all players involved.

Can I leave an unfinished game?

You can… but since it´s not fair for the rest of the players in the game, if you leave an online match too often, you´ll have to wait for a few minutes to play again.

This also protects other players from a non-sporting behaviour if a player used this approach regularly as it spoils the experience for everyone.

Remember that if you receive any messages that bother you while playing, you can report the player and also disable the chat option within the game.

How does the point system works?

If you win a game you´ll be assigned the following points:

  • 4 points – Beginners level
  • 5 points – Good level
  • 6 points – Experts level
  • 6 points – Multiplayer level

If you were to lose you´ll also win some points, as a reward for taking part in the game, as follows:
  • 1 points – Beginners level
  • 1 points – Good level
  • 2 points – Experts level
  • 2 points – Multiplayer level

Instead, an unfinished game will assign 0 points to the player that has left the game.The other player will also receive 0 points if the abandonment occurs within the first minutes of the match. Otherwise, the player will receive 2 points.

The points won will contribute equally towards the personal stats as well as the monthly ranking.

How deos the Elo Points system works?

We use a ranking system based on the Elo algorithm,just like in chess,to track player skill and match performance.Here’s how it works: if you win a match against a player with the same or higher Elo rating, you'll earn more points. If you win against someone with a lower rating, you’ll earn fewer points.On the flip side, if you lose to a lower-rated player, you’ll lose more points. But if you lose to someone with equal or higher Elo, the point deduction will be smaller.

Your Elo rating adjusts after every match, helping us match you with players of similar skill and keep the competition fair.

How can I play online?

You can play from your browser from your PC, tablet or mobile phone if you choose. You can also play directly from the app on your phone and/or tablet.

You´ll be able to play social matches or ranked matches towards the monthly ranking.

If you choose to play socially it can be:

  • A casual challenge - the system will choose your opponent
  • Accepting one of the open challenges started by another player
  • You can start a challenge yourself by clicking on "Create match" – you´ll be put on the open challenges queue until another player accepts your challenge
  • Finally, you can decide to challenge one of your contacts from your friend´s list

If you choose to play socially the points obtained within the matches will contribute solely towards your personal profile/stats.

If you choose to play competitively towards the monthly ranking, the points obtained within the matches will contribute equally to both your personal profile/stats and the monthly ranking.

What are levels? How do they work?

Levels are meant to represent a player´s ability. As matches are won and points are assigned to the winner, once the number of points reach certain established benchmarks, the player will be going up in levels automatically.

The first levels are easier to reach while the higher ones will require from dedication and skill.

You will be able to continue playing and going up in levels up until the 100th level!

COIN REWARDS

How can I win some coins?

We´ve launched a new way to make our games even more engaging by spending coins to play that you can both win and spend in so many different ways!

Here are some ways in which you can win these coins:

  • Daily rewards
  • Winning the monthly jackpot
  • Watching rewards-based ads
  • Winning ranked matches

How many coins can I win with the daily reward?

In the “Prizes” section on the home page you can win coins every day, just by logging in, heading into that section and actioning the reward for that day. If you log in consecutively, your rewards increase daily:

  • Day 1 – 500 coins
  • Day 2 – 1000 coins
  • Day 3 – 1500 coins
  • Day 4 – 2000 coins
  • Day 5 – 2500 coins
  • Day 6 – 3000 coins
  • Day 7 – 3500 coins and 50 gems!

That´s right, if you log in daily your rewards will grow. Once you´ve completed all 7 days in a row the cycle will start again.

Additionally, you can double this daily reward every day by watching an ad after claiming your daily prize!

How many coins can I win by watching ads?

Great question! You can also claim 2500 coins every day at any time by watching a reward-based ad in the same daily rewards section. This option refreshes every 4 hours, so you can potentially earn up to 13,000 coins daily just by watching ads.

And that´s not all! As mentioned, you can double your daily reward by watching just one single ad.

How can I use these coins?

So, what can you do with all these coins? It´s up to you! Whether you want to practice, compete or aim to be the richest player in the game, there are options for everyone .

If you want to practice you can play in single-player training mode without spending any coins.

Then if you want to play ranked single-player matches, it will cost you just 1000 coins and, if you win, you´ll win 1600! So you´ll continue to have the chance to make your wallet even richer.

If you wish to play multiplayer matches you can do it in social mode using just 500 coins by creating a match, accepting or inviting someone to play a game. If you choose to play a ranked multiplayer game you´ll be spending 2500 coins and you´ll have the chance to win 4000 if you win!

You can see that there are plenty of ways to use and win coins making this game so much more exciting by having some skin in the game ;)

Can I play if I run out of coins?

Of course! Even though winning coins is as easy as watching an ad in the rewards section you can still play in single-player training mode without using any coins.

If you run out of coins right after finishing a game, you´ll always have the option to keep playing without using any coins by watching an ad. This option will appear at the end of any match where coins are required to continue playing.

How does the piggy bank work?

All the coins you spend in teh game are stored automatically in the piggy bank. Whether you spend 1000 coins on a ranked single-player match or 2500 coins on a ranked multiplayer one, you can reclaim these coins by “breaking” the piggy bank for €0.99.

The maximum number of coins you can accumulate in the piggy bank is 100,000 unless you subscribe to the Gold membership, which doubles the limit to 200,000. You read right, you could collect up to 200,000 coins for just €0.99!

How can I win the jackpot?

There are many ways to win coins, including the jackpot in ranked matches! 20% of the coins spent by all players in ranked matches are added to the jackpot. For example, if you spent 1000 coins to play a ranked single-player match, 200 of those coins would be added to the jackpot.

At the end of the month, when the final leaderboard is determined, the jackpot is distributed amongst the top 2000 players in the rankings.

Along with these coins, the top three players also receive lots of gems:

  • 300 gems are awarded to the winner
  • 200 gems are included in the prize for the second place
  • 100 gems are for the player that finishes in third place

If you haven´t started playing ranked matches yet, there are plenty of incentives to give it a try - not to mention the joy of the game itself… a little extra spice into the competition can be so much fun!

How can I win some gems?

There are some more exciting news: there aren't just the coins to make the game extra spicy since we´ve also introduced the gems into it!

You can win some gems in various ways:

  • 50 gems on the 7th consecutive day of the daily rewards
  • 300, 200 or 100 gems if you finish in the top three ranked players of the month
  • Purchasing them in the store, where you can buy anywhere from 500 to 60,000 gems.

You can exchange gems for coins or use them for other purposes in the game, like uploading a profile picture for 100 gems.

CHAMPIONSHIPS

Are there championships? Can I join?

Sure! Every month there is a new ranking, starting on the 1st day of the month. Anyone can take part; all you need to do is register an account and choose to play the online ranked matches.

You´ll be able to track your position on the ranking and you will be featured as one of our monthly leaders if you finish on one of the top positions. Give it a go!

How do the rankings work?

There are two types of rankings, the daily and the monthly ones. Both apply to all 4 game modalities, the multiplayer one as well and the 3 single player ones (beginners, good and experts).

The daily ranking is reset daily while the monthly one is reset monthly 😉

What´s the prize for the winner?

Aside from the trophy that will be displayed in your profile permanently, the top three players will also appear on the podium on the game’s home page for the entire following month!

This is a visible recognition to be seen by everyone, but you will also receive a more tangible prize to celebrate your victory even more: the top 3 players will win 300 gems for first place, 200 for second, and 100 for third.

The top 2000 players in the rankings will also share the great prize from the jackpot, following the allocations explained in the game.

If I don´t want to download the app, is there another way to play?

Sure! You can play directly on your browser, be it on a mobile device, tablet or from your PC. We´ve worked hard to offer the same experience on all our platforms so give playing on the browser a chance and we´re sure you´ll love it!

Why is the app not available on my phone anymore?

If you´re using an old software version on your phone, you may find that our apps are not supported, in which case you can choose to update the software version on your phone to the latest one to continue enjoying playing on the app, or quite simply play directly from the browser instead.

What devices can I play from?

All of them. You can literally play on any device you may have, smartphone (both iPhone and Android), tablet or PC. You can choose to download the app to play on a mobile device or play on a browser on your PC

How can I access my account from different devices?

Log in using the credentials you used to create your account and you´ll be able to access your account from any device you wish to play from. How can I upgrade to Gold?

At the top of our Home on the app, you´ll find the button "Upgrade". All you need to do is click on it and choose a weekly or a monthly subscription.Plus if you haven´t benefited from it yet, you´ll be able to enjoy a free trial to give you a taste of all the benefits you´ll enjoy from being gold!

Our gold subscription is only available through the app. You won´t be able to upgrade to Gold through the browser. However, once you have upgraded through the app you´ll be recognised as a Gold member also when accessing your account through the browser, as long as you use the same log in credentials you have used to upgrade to Gold.

What benefits will I enjoy from being a Gold member?

Our Gold members enjoy our most valued features, mainly a seamless ad-free gaming experience (excluding rewarded ads), as well as:

Once I upgrade to Gold, is the membership recurring?

Yes. The membership will renew itself, whether you´ve chosen a weekly or a monthly one.

What does this mean exactly? If you have chosen a monthly membership, at the end of the monthly period from the time you upgraded the subscription it will renew unless you cancel it at least 24h before its due.

You can always cancel the subscription if you wish, but remember you´ll lose access to all its benefits!

If I cancel my Gold membership, what will I lose?

Unfortunately, you´ll also lose access to some special features:

If I upgrade to Gold to one of the Spaghetti Interactive wide range of games, will I become Gold on any other Spaghetti Interactive game(s) automatically?

No. All our games work separately at all levels, with their own championships, where you´ll be able to meet different people and create different lists of friends and have your own personal level and stats for each specific game. Equally, they all run their own subscriptions. That also means that you can enjoy a free trial from all of them! BLOCKING PLAYERS

Why do I still see blocked players on the table when I play?

When you block a player you won´t encounter again this player on a one-to-one match so you won´t have to face this person one on one. However, if other players are involved (4-player matches) anyone will be able to join your table.

How can I proceed if a player´s behaviour is unpolite or offensive?

You can report a player to our team, which you can do from the user´s profile or within the chat option when playing a game.

You can also block a player that you find offensive in any way. This means that the player won´t be able to send you private messages or play against you on a 2-player match.

Remember that if you are a Gold member you can block an unlimited number of players. If you are not, you can block up to 5 players if you start at the level 1. As you go up in levels you´ll be able to block more players.

However, if you wish to be able to block an unlimited number of players from the start, feel free to upgrade to Gold. As well as being able to block as many players as you wish, you´ll enjoy many other features.

Also, remember you have the option to disable the chat inside any match if you encounter unpleasant behaviour via chat.

Why can´t I block any more players?

Is there a limit number of players I can block in a specific period of time?

No, you can block players anytime you like. However, if you are starting at level 1 you´ll only be able to block up to 5 players. As you go up in levels you´ll be able to block more players.

If you are a Gold member you can block an unlimited number of players from the moment you upgrade, it´s just one of its perks 😉. So if you wish to block an unlimited number of players, feel free to upgrade to Gold. As well as being able to block as many players as you wish, you´ll enjoy many other features.

I´ve blocked a player by mistake, how can I unblock him/her?

You can go to your friend´s list. Then click on "View blocked players". You´ll be able to see all the players you have blocked and you can click "Unblock" on any player you wish.

I´d like to report a player because of his/her behaviour, what can I do?

Go to any player´s profile, click on their profile pic and click on "report".

What´s the "report" option for?

It´s your way to make our team aware of any player that may be behaving incorrectly, so that we can act accordingly. We take your enjoyment within our games very seriously and aim to provide a safe and light-hearted environment where you can relax and play.

SOCIAL

Finding other players

From the home, go down to the friends area. You can either "Add friends" within the "Friends list" section or go directly to "Invite friends". You´ll then be able to search a user by its user ID.

Why can´t I add any more players as friends?

If you are at a level 1 you can add up to 5 friends. As you go up in levels you´ll be able to add more friends.

If you are a Gold member you can have an unlimited number of friends. Therefore, if you wish to be able to have an unlimited number of friends, feel free to upgrade to Gold. As well as being able to add as many friends as you wish, you´ll enjoy many other features.

I´d love to share the game with some of my contacts. What can I do?

If you go to the friends area within the game, you´ll find the "Invite friends" button. You´ll then be able to share the link shown through the different functions available from your device.

If I prefer not to chat while I play, is there a way to not receiving messages while I play?

Yes, you can disable the chat option inside any specific match in a game.

Why can´t I chat when playing classified games?

On these games there are pre-defined messages to choose from to communicate within the game.

Rest assured that you´ll be able to chat freely on the other types of games, as long as the other players have chosen to allow the chat option too.

What can I do if I encounter unpleasant messages and/or behaviour while I´m playing a game?

You can report a player for unpolite behaviour. From within the chat window that you can find at the top right corner, you´ll find the "Report" option too.

You can also choose to disable the chat function. Click the same chat icon on the top right corner and click "Disable chat". That way you can continue to play undisturbed.

Why do I always lose?

It´s usually called bad luck 😉 Our algorithm treats every player equally and does not have any specific preference for one player or another. We´d suggest for you to practice more and you may be able to improve your gaming skills that way.
